SJ Health wants to make your health care experience as easy as possible. When you call for an appointment, please:

  • Have the patient’s name, date of birth, and insurance ID card ready.
  • Have a calendar that you can view, and a pen/pencil and paper to write down guidance.
  • Let us know if an interpreter is needed at the visit.
  • Advise us if any patient information has changed such as address or phone number.
  • If you need to cancel or postpone the visit, please call ASAP. We can find another date or time that will work, and we can offer the cancelled visit time to other patients seeking timely care.
  • If you have not scheduled a visit, please call ahead before coming. It will help us prepare for your visit and help you know how long your waiting time may be.
  • Patient satisfaction is our priority. If there is a concern about your care or visit, please let our team know before you leave, or call (209) 953-6400 soon after your visit.
  • In an emergency, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency room.
